When you learn how to go with the flow, you’ll be able to ride on positive energy just like it’s a river. One of the ways you can start doing this is to notice when you are being negative or limiting in your beliefs about yourself. That produces a lot of stress, which leads to feeling out of energy and too discouraged to keep going with your goals. Instead, grab hold of positive messages and empower yourself.
This “big deal” habit is one that can be very hard to break, because all too often the person who has the habit is unaware they are actually the one in control. It’s a thought process. And it’s fear-based.
