Quick stress relief tip:  don’t limit your feelings of thankfulness to one day of the year. Instead, make it a habit to write your gratitude list every single day!  Jot it down on your calendar or in a special journal. If you don’t like to write, then use the time when you brush your teeth to consciously think of all your blessings.
Start by being appreciative of the people in your life. Add in all the gratefulness you have for the life you lead.

Put your attention on all the abundance you have in so many areas. You will find that the Law of Attraction will respond to your positive gratitude, and will give you even more things to be grateful for!
