About Evelyn Brooks

Spread the love

My goal is to help people heal and be happier. I’ve been a bookworm and an avid filmgoer all my life, so that books, articles and screenplays are the ways I reach out to others. I do my best to teach a gentle way to release heartache and dis-ease, and allow regeneration, restoration and healing to flow. My books, articles and blog posts can assist you in creating radical transformation, deep, lasting change, and joyful mind-body-spirit balance.

You’ll find free videos and other material here at my site that I hope will help you design and create what you would truly love to experience in the four key areas of your life: health, wealth, love, and self-expression. My personal motto is: It’s good to be happy!

People say that I manage to combine my years of life experience in overcoming survivor’s guilt and other trauma, with an intuitive ability to make complex principles easy to understand and apply to create the most impact in your life results.

I have about 25 books (fiction and non-fiction) available on Amazon, and I hope you’ll take a look and see what interests you. I frequently write about using the universal laws such as the law of attraction to create the results you want.

At this time of my life, I can state that I feel my life purpose is to show individuals how to break out of their zombie ruts and begin manifesting a life that is satisfying, enriching and fulfilling.

I’m also an optioned screenwriter and Nicholl Fellowship quarterfinalist.

I’m a member of Women in Film and CEOSpace International as well as being an alum of ScreenwritingU.

Personal Life

A Texas native, I also lived in Washington, D.C. and Tulsa, Oklahoma while growing up, before moving to Manhattan NY to work in advertising and marketing. After discovering Southern California during a vacation, I moved to another Manhattan–Manhattan Beach, California–and from there to Hollywood and other L.A. communities. After returning to Manhattan NY for a few years, I returned to L.A. during the Covid lockdown. I’ve called the Greater Los Angeles Area “home sweet home” for most of my adult life.

“If you realize halfway through the day that things are going badly, do a quick thought-fix, get your mood up, think of what you want to experience. BE that person living your dream life and take an action that moves you forward.”
