People have asked me: how come you smile so much? They hear details of my life – the long-term verbally and emotionally abusive marriage I was trapped in, the deaths of many close friends and family members – and they wonder if I’m just faking the smile!

But I’m not. I really did discover the secret for how to be happy the rest of my life. And I’d like to share it with you.

Some examples of questions I’ve received are: “How can I be happy when I’m in such a bad relationship?”…. “What can I do to be happier when I’m stressed out to the max?” …. “Is there a way to be happy even when people around me are all so angry and pissed off?”

I bring you advice from the trenches.

I know what it’s like to be so miserable inside that you just don’t know where to turn. You go through the motions each day but you feel like a robot. Sometimes, the days slip by in such a blur of unhappiness that you look at the calendar and wonder where the weeks and months went! I remember one time I suddenly realized it was almost my birthday, which is in late September, but I couldn’t recall any details of what had happened since May. I had simply gone through each day like an automaton, getting up in the morning, getting dressed, going to work, talking and interacting superficially with others. But my life was not a happy one, even though I was able to smile on the outside and play the role. At one time in my life, I was very depressed and filled with anxiety, and yet I hid my feelings so well that my boss at the ad agency called me “Sunshine”!

Then I learned how to find deep and true happiness.

My smile became genuine and it reached my eyes. I am on a mission to spread happiness in the world, and it can begin with you. Are you in? Let me know!
