Do something to relax and unwind today.
Your body and mind need a break from the relentless stress of your life, whether you are running a business or running a home… or both! Here are quick tips to get you started:
- Remember that worrying is like sitting in a rocking chair — it gives you something to do, but you don’t get anywhere. Drop the worry habit.
- Exercise! Go for a walk or a hike. Be active and keep moving. Don’t let all that tension build up in your muscles — release it with a work out.
- Listen to a guided imagery meditation. My favorite is “Your Present: A Half-Hour of Peace” — see the Amazon slide show to the right and click to purchase a copy. I’ve listened to this CD for many years, and never tire of it.
