How to cope with transitions

Most people don’t like change. It’s that simple. Even if their situation is less than perfect, they’ll hang on to it for life, just to avoid the uncomfortable feelings that change can bring.

The problem is, we don’t learn about transitions as kids, so we never grow up with the tools of change in our tool kit for handling life.

But you don’t have to stay that way — learn how to embrace change as a possibility for growth.

See transitions in your life as moving from a stage or plateau that you’ve outgrown and bravely setting out for the new “world” of your life.

With faith in yourself and a vision of the goal you want, you’ll be able to transition smoothly into the next phase.
