Do you have achievable goals written down for yourself?
A big stress in life can be having a lot of vague dreams, and feeling dissatisfied with the way things are going.
Instead, be pro-active about your life achievements.

  • Write down your specific goals
  • Each week, do at least one thing toward a major goal
  • Concentrate on building your self-esteem so you can discard old negative ideas about yourself
  • Celebrate each stage of achievement — don’t dismiss the small steps as unimportant, because they add up to big accomplishments
