Stress and Old Ideas

If you’re feeling stressed out and overwhelmed — like so many people seem to be these days — you might want to pause a moment and take a look at the “ideas” or beliefs that you hold about your life.  Do you see yourself as a successful person? or as someone who has to struggle just to stay afloat?

I found this poem I had printed and saved some years ago, and I don’t know who originally wrote it, but it is thought-provoking if you take the time to grasp the meaning.

And by the way, if you know who the author is, be sure to leave a comment and I’ll post the name and give credit where it’s due.

“OLD IDEAS”

(author unknown)

If you continue to do what you’ve always done

you’ll continue to get what you’ve always gotten.

If you continue to get what you’ve always gotten

you’ll continue to feel what you’ve always felt.

If you continue to feel what you’ve always felt,

you’ll continue to believe what you’ve always believed.

If you continue to believe what you’ve always believed,

you’ll continue to think what you’ve always thought

AND

If you continue to think what you’ve always thought,

you’ll continue to do what you’ve always done.

Something to think about, isn’t it? You can only attract new results if you start changing your thinking. If you would like to learn more about how to do that, go here now:  http://budurl.com/secretscience
