Risk

To laugh is to risk appearing the fool.

To weep is to risk being called sentimental.

To reach out is to risk involvement.

To expose feeling is to risk showing your true self.

To place your ideas and dreams before the crowd is to risk being naive.

To love is to risk not being loved in return.

To live is to risk dying .

To hope is to risk despair.

To try is to risk failure.

But risk must be taken, because the greatest risk in life is to risk nothing.

Those who risk nothing do nothing, have nothing, are nothing and become nothing.

They may avoid suffering and sorrow, but they simply cannot learn to feel, and change, and grow, and love, and live.

Chained by their servitude, they are slaves; they have forfeited their freedom.  Only people who risk are truly free.

To take a risk is to have faith, to have a trust beyond ourselves.

It is more than fate, it is faith.

Do you want to be a “Millionaire Messenger”?

If you are wondering how you can profit from what is being called the New Economy when you aren’t already established as an author, coach or other expert, my friend Brendon Burchard reveals all the steps you need to take, in his new bestselling book…
The Millionaire Messenger: Make a Difference and a Fortune Sharing Your Advice

I’ve read the book, and give it an enthusiastic TWO THUMBS UP.
I sure wish I’d seen this book when I started out — but it just came out this month!  Better late than never, as my fourth grade teacher, Sister Mary Joseph, used to tell us. I plan to put into effect Brendon’s advice and start doing things the “Millionaire Messenger” way.

If you want to see a difference in your own life, check out what people are saying about Brendon’s book — read the rave reviews (I gave it 5 stars!) at:

Do you do things a certain way?

If you are stressed out from trying to “wish” your way to success, peace of mind and happiness, take a look at how simple these instructions are:

There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made,
and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates,
and fills the interspaces of the universe.
A thought in this substance
produces the thing that is imaged by the thought.
I can form things in my thought,
and by impressing
my thoughts upon formless substance,
can cause the thing I think about to be created.
In order to do this,
I must pass from the competitive to the creative mind.
I must form a clear mental picture of the things I want.
And, I must hold this picture in my thoughts
with the fixed purpose to get what I want,
and the unwavering faith that I will get what I want,
closing my mind to all that may tend to shake my purpose,
dim my vision, or quench my faith.
I am ready to receive what I want when it comes,
and I am acting now upon the people and things
in my present environment.

When you look at your bank account balance, do you immediately freak out? Do you worry about money all the time? Lots of people are in the same situation. The problem with stressing about money is that it doesn’t resolve anything. All you do is end up feeling frazzled and anxious. Any ideas for taking action take back seat to the worries. Your mind is too busy being upset to seek solutions.

There’s a lot of advice out there about the economy and what you can do about your own bank account. Maybe you’ve tried a lot of new schemes or followed the advice of friends who promote a get-rich-quick idea, but each time you fail to get the money or wealth you desire.  That leaves you with the same old question: what can you do about your finances? Not next year, but right now? What is the ONE right thing that you need to do, starting today, to get rich?

Bob Proctor knows.  And he wants to tell you that there is a science — a formula — to get rich. It’s about doing certain things in a certain way. And this blueprint has been proven to make anyone get rich across centuries.

Before you waste any more of  your valuable time trying the latest scheme, get this one formula that will transform your financial future. Learn more about the Science of Getting Rich – go to http://budurl.com/itsasecret
