Be Happier Tip: stress relief with meditation

I’m always suprised (and saddened) when someone tells me how totally stressed out they are – and when I ask if they meditate or mindfully relax every day, they invariably say they don’t because they don’t have time!  And yet, taking 15 minutes out of the 24 hours we get to spend each day can reduce your stress load immensely. To get you started, here is a beautiful meditation I found on youtube — it’s best to put on your headphones, stop multi-tasking and let yourself enjoy the music and the relaxing photos.  Enjoy!  And please leave me a comment so I’ll know you were here.
