Are you sick of fighting too much?

Most stressful relationships are typified by constant fighting and disagreeing.

This unloving behavior also includes:

  • Giving the cold shoulder treatment
  • Name calling
  • Exaggerating the other person’s flaws to make your point that it’s all their fault you’re not happy
  • Refusing to talk about what’s bothering you
  • Claiming everything is “fine”

What’s the big deal about fighting? Doesn’t it clear the air?

Not really, because often people say nasty things in the heat of the moment that they cannot take back because the damage has b been done.

Arguing becomes a deadly habit, that is going to completely kill the love you once had for each other, if it hasn’t already.
